GUARANTEED SALARY POSITIONS: All salaried positions in the Minneapolis Home Office (Bloomington, Minnesota) are currently filled (Praise the Lord!) with outstanding and qualified people. Our most recent postion filled was the Team Operations Associate; Ryan began July 23rd.

Staff Payment Status
Most staff positions require that you raise up to 100% of personal financial support. Other staff positions have guaranteed salaries, or a combination of guarantee and support raising. Some are completely volunteer (see table below).

Application Process
All potential staff must go through a Personnel Application process, which may consist of written application forms, interviews, reference and background checks, other screening, and training. The process for full-time, support raising, and Team Leading positions is usually more extensive than for part-time or volunteer positions.
