If your church or organization is putting on a local or small regional mission conference of 50–100 people, and if you’d like some quality short-term mission books and resources available for your attendees to consider purchasing, STEM’s “Bookstore-in-a-Box” may be the answer you are looking for! STEM Press Consignment Bookstore-in-a-Box offers:
Quality resources covering many aspects of pre-field, on-field, and post-field short-term mission.- Special "conference prices" on these resources, which are discounts of our regular Internet and catalogue prices.
- Mission Maker Magazine (limited quantities of 2005, 2006, and 2007 still available).
You’ll need to agree to:
- Pay shipping and handling to and from the conference site; and to return unsold inventory back to STEM Press (shipped USPS media mail or other preferred carrier — packed neatly and tightly to avoid shipping damage).
- Provide your own bookstore oversight and management during your conference.
- Collect cash or check payments, provide receipts to each purchaser, and mail one check payable to STEM Int'l with an accounting of books sold / lost / missing. If you choose to accept credit card payments, your organization must process them.
- Pay STEM Int’l agreed conference price for all unreturned books (includes all lost books).
- Pay a 40% of retail charge on any returned book deemed by STEM Press to be not in resalable condition.
- Provide a valid credit card number we can use as a payment guarantee.
