If your church or organization is hosting a mid-size or larger regional mission conference of more than 150 people, and if you’d like some quality short-term mission books and resources available for your attendees to consider purchasing, STEM’s At-Your-Site Conference Bookstore may be the answer you are looking for! STEM Press at-your-Site Conference Bookstore offers:

- Quality resources covering many aspects of pre-field, on-field, and post-field short-term mission.
- Special "conference prices" on these resources, which are discounts of our regular Internet and catalogue prices.
- One or more of our STEM Press staff people to be on-site to run and manage the conference bookstore; STEM Press will cover our cost of round-trip transportation to your city.
- We’ll cover all round-trip shipping and handling costs of the books and resources we supply.
- If you’ve got other books or resources or products that you or any of your qualified attendees would like us to handle and sell at the bookstore, we’ll do so at a 25% rate (for example, if you’d like us to sell your $12 CDs, we’ll retain $3.00 for every $12 CD sold). But note that we can not take responsibility for lost or stolen products you ask us to sell for you.
- We’ll collect and completely process cash, check, or credit card payments and provide receipts to each purchaser.
You’ll need to agree to:
- Provide 1 or more of your qualified people to assist in the bookstore set-up, sales, and pack-up.
- Cover all on-site housing and conference expenses for our STEM Press personnel and the on-site bookstore.
- Pay a $1,000 fully refundable deposit in advance (by check or credit card). Your deposit is fully refundable $1 for every $1 of purchased product that is sold at the bookstore (in other words, the on-site bookstore needs to generate a minimum of $1,000 in gross sales in order to refund your entire deposit).
