North Africa (Sahara)

Sahara Prayer Team: A Short-Term Mission Opportunity

Sahara

A rare opportunity to enter a little known desert land in the Sahara, where nomads and camels roam the sand-dunes and the entire national church is less than 200 people.

A guided immersion into the culture and history of this land — along with specific opportunities to visit local people, meet and tutor students studying English, visit (and sometimes help with) humanitarian projects, and prayerwalk at strategic locations — allows you to impact this nation and help establish the kingdom of God among these unreached people groups. Includes a road-trip to the interior of the country, and a short camel trek in the Sahara.

Come to the desert and bring living water with you!

Location

This team will be based in a Muslim country in North Africa where all the people groups are unreached.

What did they say?

"Do you believe prayer changes things? If so, you don't want to miss going on a STEM SHARE mission experience. The greatest way to experience the power of prayer is to couple it with the mission of God. This is exactly what STEM SHARE does! I would recommend this organization for anyone serious about God, passionate about His glory, and motivated by the beautiful picture given in Revelation of people worshiping before the throne of God from all nations and peoples. Thanks STEM SHARE--my life will never be the same!"

—Daniel T, STEM Share Team 438S, North Africa

"In each case you made it very easy for us to host the group because you organized them, accompanied them, stayed with them, and helped them process their experiences. That freed us up to concentrate on logistics and organize their service activities in a way that did not demand our total 24/7 attention. In addition to the practical and intercessory support we received, your sensitivity to our special needs and limitations were greatly appreciated. May God continue to use you to expose still more of God's people to the millions who lie beyond the reach of traditional approaches!"

—Field Facilitators in North Africa
