PROJECT:
• Spent five days roofing, siding, painting, and restructuring house addition for elderly Katrina victim and her daughter
• Shared with homeowner and daughter our purpose for volunteering: to give back a small amount of love Christ first gave us
• Worked on small projects at another elderly Katrina victim’s home, installing door knobs, cabinetry work, floor tiling, and trim work
